Green Japanese Chiyogami Moons

I like to call these types of earrings Paper Moons. These Japanese Chiyogami Paper Moons are made by creating a wire form and carefully attaching a base layer of repurposed tissue paper and medium. Once dry, Japanese Chiyogami paper is applies to each side creating the finished look. Once cured they are sealed with acrylic medium for durability and water resistance. They come with surgical steel hooks but can be switched to silver for additional charge.
